Job Title: Senior ServiceNow Developer

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Programmer Analyst to design, develop, and manage ServiceNow Employee Experience solutions. The role involves building HR Service Delivery (HRSD), Employee Center, Workflows, Knowledge Management, and custom applications, ensuring scalability, automation, and seamless enterprise integration.

Responsibilities:

- Design and enhance ServiceNow applications (HRSD, Employee Center, Workflows, Knowledge Management)
- Build custom apps using App Engine Studio, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Now Experience Framework
- Customize Employee Center pages, widgets, and Service Portal experiences
- Develop workflows for onboarding, offboarding, transfers, promotions, leave requests
- Implement News, Announcements, and Content Management for employee engagement




- Create reusable components, business rules, client scripts, and automations
- Develop REST/SOAP integrations with HR, payroll, identity, and thirdparty apps
- Collaborate with HR, IT, Communications, and Enterprise Architecture teams
- Conduct code reviews, testing, deployments, and troubleshoot complex issues

Skills & Experience:

- 7+ years of handson ServiceNow development experience
- Strong expertise in HRSD, Employee Center, Workflows, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, ITSM
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, ACLs
- Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations
- Robust analytical, problemsolving, and communication skills
- Beneficial: ServiceNow CAD, CISHR certifications, Employee Center Pro, AI Search, Virtual Agent, Employee Journey Management, Workplace Service Delivery, Agile/Scrum
