We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect with robust Presales and Implementation experience. The ideal candidate should have expertise in ServiceNow solutioning, proposal preparation, client discussions, and project delivery.
Candidates must have hands-on implementation experience in any two or more of the following ServiceNow modules:
- CMDB (Configuration Management Database)
- ITOM (IT Operations Management)
- HAM Pro (Hardware Asset Management Professional)
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in client discussions, requirement gathering, and solution workshops.
- Prepare technical solutions, project proposals, and delivery proposals.
- Design scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Provide architecture guidance and support implementation teams.
- Collaborate with sales and delivery teams during presales and project execution.
- Review solution designs and ensure successful project delivery.
Required Skills
- 13+ years of overall IT experience with strong ServiceNow expertise.
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect.
- Hands-on implementation experience in at least two of the following:
- CMDB
- ITOM
- HAM Pro
- Strong Presales experience, including:
- Solutioning
- Project Estimation
- Proposal Preparation
- Client Presentations
- Experience supporting project delivery and implementation activities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred
- ServiceNow certifications are a plus.
- Experience working with enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations.
Note: Candidates with experience across all three modules (CMDB, ITOM, and HAM Pro) will be highly preferred.
