Hiring: ServiceNow Architect

About the RoleWe are building a ServiceNow Platform Practice and developing our flagship AuditIQ solution.

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect who can own the technical architecture of the platform, establish development and integration standards, and provide technical leadership as the practice scales.

The ideal candidate should have robust experience across ServiceNow architecture, ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, integrations, scripting, and enterprise solution design, along with the ability to work closely with technical and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end ServiceNow solution architecture across ITSM, ITOM, Event Management, Discovery, CMDB, and Integration Hub.
- Design integrations between ServiceNow and external monitoring/logging platforms using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and Integration Hub.
- Define architecture for pattern matching, anomaly detection, incident correlation, and automated incident creation/update workflows.
- Establish CMDB, data-modeling, and CSDM standards supporting incident-to-CI relationships and historical incident analysis.
- Lead technical design reviews, instance/environment strategy, security architecture, and performance/scalability planning.
- Define coding standards, integration patterns, and reusable ServiceNow components.
- Participate in client-facing solutioning, technical discussions, effort estimation, and pre-sales activities.
- Mentor ServiceNow Lead Developers and Developers and conduct architecture, design, and code reviews.




- Evaluate emerging ServiceNow capabilities, including Predictive Intelligence and Now Assist, for future solutions.

Must-Have Skills

- 8–12+ years of overall experience with strong ServiceNow architecture experience.
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in a ServiceNow Architect role.
- Strong experience in at least two or more of the following:
- ITSM
- ITOM
- Event Management
- Integration Hub
- CMDB / Discovery
- Strong knowledge of Glide API, Business Rules, Script Includes, Flow Designer, and Scripted REST APIs.
- Experience designing integrations with monitoring/logging platforms such as Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, ELK, or Datadog.
- Strong understanding of CMDB data modeling and CSDM.
- Experience with ServiceNow AI/ML capabilities, Predictive Intelligence, Performance Analytics, or Now Assist is an advantage.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills with experience in solutioning and technical presentations.

Good to Have

- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
- Experience building a ServiceNow practice or offering from the ground up.
- Exposure to DevSecOps and ServiceNow integrations.
- Experience working in client-facing or pre-sales environments.

CertificationsMandatory:

- CSA – Certified System Administrator

Required – At least one:

- CIS-ITSM
- CIS-Event Management
- CIS-Discovery

Preferred:

- CTA – Certified Technical Architect
