We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect with expertise in ServiceNow platform strategy, governance, and solution architecture. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions while utilizing AI tools to improve productivity, analysis, and testing efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Define ServiceNow platform strategy, governance, and solution architecture.
Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow solutions.
Manage ServiceNow instances (Development, Test, and Production).
Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and ServiceNow Orchestration.
Automate workflows and business processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
Ensure best practices for ServiceNow development and platform governance.
Mandatory Skills
Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow Platform Strategy, Governance, and Solution Architecture.
Robust experience as a ServiceNow Architect.
ServiceNow Development & Administration JavaScript, HTML REST/SOAP API Integrations Working knowledge of AI tools to improve productivity, analysis, and testing efficiency (Mandatory) Excellent communication skills
