Key Responsibilities

- Design and deliver end-to-end enterprise ServiceNow solutions.

- Lead solution architecture, technical discussions, and implementation best practices.

- Translate business requirements into scalable and secure ServiceNow solutions.

- Define integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.

- Ensure platform performance, security, scalability, and governance.

- Review technical designs and mentor ServiceNow development teams.

- Drive platform upgrades, enhancements, and architecture governance.

Mandatory Skills

- 8+ years of ServiceNow experience, with hands-on Architect/Solution Architect experience.

- Strong ITSM architecture and implementation experience.

- Hands-on experience in 3+ modules: ITOM, HRSD, FSO, IRM/GRC, ITAM, SecOps.

- Robust knowledge of CMDB, CSDM, IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, and Service Catalog.

- Experience with enterprise integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub.

- Strong stakeholder management, solution design, and technical leadership skills.
