- Manage daily service operations, including installation, repair, maintenance, and breakdown services.
- Plan and allocate service calls to technicians based on location, priority, and workload.
- Monitor technician attendance, productivity, performance, and field activities.
- Ensure timely closure of service calls and achievement of defined TAT.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor repeat complaints and improve service quality.
- Coordinate with Inventory/Store team for spare parts and service materials.
- Track pending calls, service performance, and technician productivity.
- Monitor AMC and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Maintain service records and prepare daily/weekly operational reports.
- Ensure technicians follow company SOPs, safety guidelines, and policies.
- Coordinate with Customer Support, Sales, Inventory, Accounts, and Management for smooth service operations.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
