Job Purpose To diagnose, repair, maintain, and service electric scooters, ensuring proper vehicle performance, customer satisfaction, and timely resolution of technical issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform servicing, maintenance, inspection, and repair of EV scooters.
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and electronic faults using appropriate tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Troubleshoot issues related to batteries, motors, controllers, wiring, sensors, chargers, and other EV components.
- Conduct battery health checks and identify battery-related problems.
- Inspect and repair brakes, suspension, tyres, lights, switches, and other mechanical/electrical components.
- Carry out pre-delivery inspections and ensure vehicles meet quality standards.
- Attend customer complaints and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Maintain proper service records, job cards, and repair reports.
- Follow manufacturer/service guidelines and safety procedures while handling EV systems.
- Coordinate with the service advisor, spare-parts team, and other technicians for timely repairs.
- Perform road tests after servicing to verify vehicle performance.




- Maintain cleanliness and proper usage of service tools and equipment.
- Identify recurring technical issues and report them to the Service Manager.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of electric scooters and EV systems.
- Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems.
- Knowledge of lithium-ion batteries, BLDC motors, controllers, and wiring systems is preferred.
- Good hands-on technical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to use basic diagnostic tools and electrical testing equipment.
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Qualification
- ITI / Diploma in Automobile, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or a related field.
- Experience in two-wheeler service or EV service will be an advantage.

Salary: As per industry standards and candidate experience. Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
