We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect with 6 to 8 years of hands-on expertise in enterprise architecture, implementation, and platform engineering. In this role, you will lead the technical design and architectural governance of end-to-end solutions, with a robust focus on ITSM, custom application development using App Engine (AES), and complex enterprise integrations.
You will act as the technical subject matter expert, bridging business requirements with scalable platform architecture to drive digital workflow transformation.
Required Technical Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 6 to 8 years of dedicated experience in ServiceNow development and solution architecture.
Core Modules: Deep expertise in ServiceNow ITSM workflows and ITIL process implementations.
Low-Code / Custom Apps:
Strong hands-on experience building custom apps using App Engine Studio, Flow Designer, and Workspace.
Integrations: Proven track record building enterprise integrations via Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, Webhooks, JDBC, and MID Server configurations.
Scripting & Web Technologies: Advanced proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Actions, and Service Portal widgets (AngularJS, HTML, CSS).
Platform Health: Solid understanding of performance tuning, upgrade planning, Instance Scan, and HealthScan best practices. Role & responsibilities
