- Manage day-to-day service and workshop operations.
- Ensure vehicles are serviced and repaired according to manufacturer standards.
- Monitor job allocation, technician productivity, and job completion.
- Ensure proper usage of tools, equipment, and workshop facilities.
- Supervise service advisors, technicians, washing staff, and other service personnel.
- Allocate work and monitor employee performance.
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide technical and operational guidance.
- Identify training requirements and support employee development.
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
