We are looking for an experienced and technically strong Service Manager to manage our service operations and lead the technical team. The ideal candidate should have robust experience in laptop/desktop repair, chip-level repair, PCB troubleshooting, and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day service centre operations.
- Lead, supervise, and support service engineers and technicians.
- Handle complex chip-level repair and troubleshooting.
- Diagnose PCB faults and electronic component issues.
- Oversee laptop and desktop hardware repairs.
- Provide guidance on software and operating system troubleshooting.
- Monitor repair quality, turnaround time, and service productivity.
- Allocate service jobs and monitor team performance.
- Handle customer complaints, escalations, and technical queries.
- Train and guide service engineers and technicians.
- Maintain service reports, repair records, and spare-parts requirements.
- Coordinate with management regarding service operations and technical requirements.
- Ensure timely completion of service jobs and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant experience in electronics repair/service operations.
- Strong experience in chip-level repair and troubleshooting.
- Excellent knowledge of PCB and electronic components.
- Good knowledge of hardware, software, and operating-system troubleshooting.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Ability to manage multiple service activities and meet deadlines.
