Devkrishna Trucking – BharatBenz is looking for an experienced Service Manager to lead our workshop operations and ensure productive service delivery and excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day BharatBenz workshop and service operations
- Lead and supervise technicians, service advisors, and workshop staff
- Ensure timely diagnosis, repair, servicing, and delivery of vehicles
- Monitor workshop productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
- Coordinate with BharatBenz/DICV teams on technical and operational matters
- Monitor warranty processes and service quality
- Track job cards, pending jobs, workshop KPIs, and overall service performance
- Ensure compliance with BharatBenz service processes and standards
- Maintain workshop discipline, safety, and operational efficiency

Mandatory Requirements
- Prior experience with BharatBenz is mandatory




- Good knowledge of BharatBenz commercial vehicles and service operations
- Working knowledge of DMS 2.0 is mandatory
- Understanding of BharatBenz service processes, warranty, diagnostics, and repair procedures
- Good team-management and customer-handling skills
- Candidates with previous experience in a BharatBenz dealership/workshop will be preferred

Qualification Diploma / ITI / B.Tech / BE in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering preferred.

Experience

Relevant experience in BharatBenz service/workshop operations preferred.
