Job Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise the complete service department operations.

- Lead and monitor Service Advisors, Technicians, and support staff.

- Ensure timely and quality servicing of customer vehicles.

- Monitor workshop productivity, efficiency, and daily targets.

- Handle customer complaints and ensure proper resolution.

- Ensure proper job card preparation, estimation, and billing processes.

- Monitor spare parts usage and coordinate with the Spares Department.

- Maintain service quality standards and manufacturer guidelines.

- Track service revenue, customer satisfaction, and repeat business.

- Ensure workshop safety, cleanliness, and discipline.

- Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly service reports to management.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
