Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow modules, with a specific focus on ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM.

Lead the complete lifecycle of ITAM and ITOM implementations, ensuring successful planning, execution, and monitoring.

Maintain a high level of proficiency in ServiceNow best practices and keep abreast of industry trends.

Effectively communicate and collaborate with US-based customers to gather requirements, provide updates, and address concerns.

Reporting into the ServiceNow team, you’ll contribute to own the development tasks of the solution based on integration of Service Now.

Understand configuration management principles.

Perform the necessary tasks to design and develop configurations and customizations on ServiceNow platform.

Customize applications to facilitate the use of new applications and customizations.

Work closely with ServiceNow team and Internal Development team to resolve technical issues.

Skills:

Experience in ITSM and good understanding of ITIL processes and how they can be implemented in ServiceNow such as Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, CMDB, reports/metrics etc.

CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping knowledge and experience.

Utilize ServiceNow Discovery domain. Discovery includes IT Assets, Physical Hosts, Virtual machines.

Perform normalization and synchronization with the CMDB. Configure Mid servers.

Good experience in Form & Field dictionary management-for ex. New field addition or modification of existing field.

Experience in Form/view layout changes, related list addition/modifications.





Experience in Add/modify ACL (considering future scope) and Validation of ACL for troubleshooting.

Experience to Create/update SLA definition, schedules and respective workflows.

Experience in Creation or modification of the advance transform map scripts. These scripts are important in order to transfer the data smoothly into ServiceNow using Advance Import sets scripts.

Experience in Create/modify Service Catalog and workflow.

Manage application and forms linking & visibility. Build current workflow and customize Out of Box workflows for various applications including Service catalogue /fulfilment request, change management, problem management, service level agreement including custom IT /non- IT applications.

Manage and develop various client side objects like Client script, UI policies, UI actions, UI scripts , email scripts, server side objects like Business rules, Script include, Workflow scripts, Schedule, notifications, dashboards, reports.

Advance level of debugging to resolve issue related to scripts.

System integrations, custom code development, 3rd-party application API integration.

Good understanding of SOAP, REST and JSON frameworks.

Excellent JavaScript proficiency. Develop test plans and deployment for ServiceNow version upgrades.

Experience in Reporting and build Dashboards and Homepages.

Certification:

NOW Admin Certification is preferred ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certification is a plus
