Role Description The Service Lab Account Manager – Kochi & Trivandrum will be responsible for promoting laboratory diagnostic services, tests, and kits across Kochi, Trivandrum, and the surrounding Kerala market.

This role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with hospitals, diagnostic centers, laboratories, and healthcare professionals. The incumbent will identify new business opportunities, achieve assigned sales targets, and ensure effective market coverage within the designated territory.

Key Responsibilities

· Drive sales growth and market share expansion for Critical Care products across the assigned region.

· Successfully launch new products in the Critical Care segment across hospital and institutional channels.

· Manage and develop key accounts, including Corporate Hospitals, Multispecialty Centers, Government Institutions, and Diagnostic Labs.

· Build strong relationships with super specialists in therapeutic areas such as Infectious Diseases, Oncology, Nephrology, and Intensive Care.

· Identify and develop new business opportunities across hospitals, laboratories, and healthcare institutions.

· Ensure timely coordination with the Marketing and Medical Affairs teams to execute regional strategies.

· Monitor competitor activities and market trends and provide actionable market insights.

· Achieve and exceed sales targets, KPIs, and business objectives.

· Ensure effective territory coverage across Kochi, Trivandrum, and key healthcare markets in Kerala.

Qualification

· Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Pharmacy,



or a related field is essential.

· MBA in Marketing / Healthcare Management is highly preferred.

Experience

· 2–3 years of sales experience.

· Experience with MNCs, Top Indian Pharma Companies, or Leading Diagnostic Labs will be an added advantage.

· Proven success in Hospital / Institutional Sales, Product Launches, and Key Account Management.

· Prior experience working across Kochi and/or Trivandrum is preferred.

· Experience in the Kerala healthcare and diagnostics market will be an added advantage.

Skills Required

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Adaptability and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

· Valuable market knowledge and customer relationship management skills.

· Robust understanding of the Kerala healthcare and diagnostics market.

· Ability to develop strong relationships with hospitals, diagnostic laboratories, clinicians, and institutional customers.

· Willingness to travel across the assigned territory.
