Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Service Head to lead Pan India service operations for our industrial and dairy equipment business. The role will be responsible for installation, technical demonstrations, after-sales service, spare parts coordination, and service team management.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of electronic equipment, proven team-management experience, and the ability to train service teams, dealers, and customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of 25+ service engineers across India.
- Oversee machine installations, technical demonstrations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and after-sales service.
- Manage spare parts coordination and service inventory.
- Train and develop service engineers, dealers, and customers on machine operation and maintenance.
- Ensure timely and quality service support to customers.
- Monitor service activities and improve service processes and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure effective customer support.
- Handle escalated technical and service issues when required.
- Travel across India for key installations, service issues, and training programs.




- Maintain service records and prepare periodic service reports for management.

Candidate Requirements

- Diploma or Degree in Electronics, Electrical, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in service operations within industrial machinery, equipment, or a related sector.
- Experience managing a large service team.
- Strong knowledge of installation, maintenance, servicing, and troubleshooting of electronic equipment.
- Valuable leadership, team-management, and training skills.
- Good customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Willingness to travel across India as required.

Preferred Experience Experience in industrial equipment, dairy equipment, machinery, automation, or similar technical equipment will be preferred.

Employment Type: Full-time

Work Location: Kochi, Kerala

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
