Role & responsibilities

- Visit customer sites for installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of equipment and systems.

- Provide in office technical support and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.

- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance as per service schedules and SLA requirements.

- Diagnose technical faults and implement appropriate solutions to minimize system downtime.

- Coordinate with customers, internal teams, OEMs, and vendors for technical support and issue resolution.

- Support project teams during installation, testing, commissioning, and project handover.

- Prepare service reports, maintenance records, site visit reports, and other required documentation.

- Ensure all service activities are completed in accordance with company procedures, safety standards, and customer requirements.

- Maintain proper records of tools, spare parts, equipment, and materials used at customer sites.





- Provide technical guidance to customers on the operation and basic maintenance of installed systems.

- Escalate complex technical issues to the Service Manager, OEM, or relevant technical team when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma in Electrical

- 1-3 years of experience in field service, installation, commissioning, or technical support.

- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Knowledge of networking, electrical/ELV systems, data cabling, or related infrastructure will be an advantage.

- Ability to read and understand technical drawings, manuals, and system documentation.

- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.

- Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.

- Ability to work independently as well as coordinate effectively with internal and external teams.
