- Hands-on experience in STP, ETP & WTP operation, maintenance, commissioning and troubleshooting
- Strong knowledge of treatment technologies such as SBR, MBBR, MBR/BMBR, Activated Sludge Process and other Biological Treatment Systems
- Valuable knowledge of RO, UF, filtration, softener and tertiary treatment systems
- Troubleshooting of pumps, blowers, dosing systems, valves, pipelines and other mechanical equipment
- Working knowledge of MCC, VFD, PLC, electrical panels and instrumentation used in water treatment plants
- Ability to troubleshoot process parameters such as DO, MLSS, SVI, COD, BOD, TSS, pH, sludge generation and biological performance
- Experience in plant commissioning, performance trials, process stabilization and optimization
- Planning and execution of preventive and breakdown maintenance
- Preparation of service reports, troubleshooting reports, MOM, commissioning reports and technical documentation
- Strong customer handling, site coordination and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel extensively across East India for customer support and service assignments
