We are looking for a Service Engineer to handle installation, servicing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of commercial refrigeration and food-service equipment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on technical experience and robust problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, commission, service, and maintain commercial refrigeration equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot refrigeration, electrical, and mechanical issues.
- Conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance at customer sites.
- Handle refrigeration systems, compressors, condensers, evaporators, and related components.
- Attend customer service calls and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
- Prepare service reports and maintain records of service activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for spare parts and technical support.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
