Position: Service Technician

Job Responsibilities

- Visit customer sites for installation, servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of pumps, drainage systems, and related equipment.
- Carry out Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and breakdown/emergency service visits.
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pump-related issues.
- Perform pump installation, commissioning, testing, and repair activities.
- Attend customer complaints and provide appropriate technical solutions.
- Prepare service reports after completion of site visits.
- Coordinate with the service team regarding spare parts, repairs, and technical requirements.
- Travel to different customer locations within Bengaluru and nearby areas as required.

Eligibility
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or a related technical field.
- Experience in pump servicing, electrical equipment, mechanical equipment, plumbing, drainage systems,



or similar field-service work will be preferred.
- Freshers with relevant technical qualifications may also be considered.
- Positive troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites.
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers.

Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of electrical wiring and troubleshooting.
- Semi Summersibble pump repair
- Knowledge of motors, pumps, control panels, and related equipment.
- Ability to use basic hand tools and testing equipment.
- Responsible and comfortable working independently at customer sites.

Salary ₹25000 - 33000 per month, depending on experience and technical skills.
