Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Receive product dispatch and commissioning details from the Service Coordinator/Zonal Service Engineer.

- Contact customers to understand site conditions and readiness and plan commissioning accordingly.

- Carry out product installation/commissioning at customer sites.

- Prepare service/commissioning reports, obtain customer approval, and submit them to the Service Coordinator/Manager.

- Attend and resolve customer service complaints within the required timeline.

- Send defective parts to Sanpar after complaint resolution, as per the process.

- Remind customers on the 3rd of the relevant visit regarding ASC renewal and follow up for confirmation.

- Follow up with customers for Purchase Orders after offers are submitted.

- Coordinate with Logistics for invoices and hand over invoice hard copies to customers wherever required.

- Follow up with customers for pending payments and provide updates to the concerned team.





- Maintain proper records of service calls, commissioning, complaints, ASC renewals, orders, invoices, and payments.

- Good documentation and reporting skills.

- Willingness to travel to customer sites.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
