Padmansha Technologies Pvt Ltd is one of the leading manufacturer, exporter of Digital Pump Controllers. We are looking to expand our team and want to hire Service Engineers.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, commission, and service digital pump controllers at customer sites.

- Diagnose and troubleshoot controller, pump, wiring, and electrical issues.

- Handle customer complaints and provide timely technical support.

- Test and repair controllers and identify faulty components where required.

- Guide customers and technicians on proper installation, operation, and settings.

- Understand pump applications and basic submersible/borewell pump systems.

- Maintain service reports, complaint records, and service documentation.

- Coordinate with Production and Technical teams for recurring technical issues and product improvements.

- Travel to customer locations as required for installation and service.





Required Skills

- Positive knowledge of electrical/electronics and control circuits.

- Practical knowledge of digital pump controllers, contactors, relays, sensors, and protection devices.

- Ability to read basic electrical wiring diagrams.

- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication and customer-handling skills.

- Willingness to travel for field service.

Candidate Profile

- Diploma / BE in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.

- 2–4 years of relevant experience in pump controllers, control panels, electrical/electronic products, or field service.

Pay: ₹27,500.00 - ₹33,500.00 per month
