Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and responsible AMC Service Engineer to handle the inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, and servicing of Fire Alarm, Fire Fighting, CCTV, PA Systems, and other ELV systems at client locations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring proper system functioning, attending breakdown/service calls, maintaining service reports, and coordinating with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct scheduled AMC preventive maintenance visits at client sites.

- Inspect, test, troubleshoot, and maintain Fire Alarm and Fire Fighting systems.

- Service and troubleshoot CCTV, PA systems, access control, and other ELV systems.

- Attend emergency breakdown and service calls within the required response time.

- Identify technical issues and provide appropriate corrective actions.

- Carry out testing of fire alarm panels, detectors, MCPs, hooters, modules, and related equipment.

- Check system wiring, batteries, power supplies, field devices, and control panels.

- Coordinate with clients regarding service requirements and system-related issues.

- Maintain proper service reports, inspection reports, checklists, and AMC documentation.

- Prepare material/spares requirements for rectification and maintenance work.

- Coordinate with the purchase/store team for required materials and spare parts.

- Ensure all maintenance activities are completed safely and as per company procedures.

- Follow up on pending service issues until complete closure.

- Identify additional repair, replacement, or upgrade requirements and communicate them to the concerned team.

- Support the sales team by identifying potential AMC renewal and additional service opportunities.





- Maintain good professional relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Submit daily/weekly service updates and reports to the reporting manager.

Required Skills

- Valuable knowledge of Fire Alarm Systems, Fire Fighting Systems, CCTV, PA Systems, and ELV systems.

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to read and understand electrical/ELV drawings.

- Good communication and client-handling skills.

- Ability to work independently at different client locations.

- Good documentation and reporting skills.

- Willingness to travel to client sites across Hyderabad and nearby locations.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel is preferred.

Qualification

- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical, Electronics, Electronics & Communication, or related engineering discipline.

- Relevant ITI/technical qualification may also be considered based on experience.

Experience

- 1–3 years of experience in fire alarm, fire fighting, CCTV, ELV, or facility maintenance/service.

Preferred Candidate

- Experience in AMC service and preventive maintenance.

- Experience handling client complaints and breakdown calls.

- Knowledge of multiple ELV systems will be an added advantage.

- Should have a valid driving licence and be willing to travel to different project/client locations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
