Apple Service Operations

What youll do

- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair MacBook Pro, MacBook Air, iMac, Mac mini, and Mac Pro hardware across our rental fleet
- Run Apple Service Diagnostics (ASD / AST 2), isolate failures to component or logic-board level, and execute repairs SSD / memory swap, battery service, display assembly, keyboard, trackpad, I/O boards
- Reimage macOS via Apple Configurator 2 DFU restore on Apple Silicon and T2 machines
- Log every job with RCA, parts consumed, turnaround time, and warranty status
- Provide onsite Apple support for enterprise customers in IT services, media production, and BFSI
