Job Title: Service Engineer – Laser Cutting & Marking Machines

Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Service Engineer to handle installation, servicing, and maintenance of Laser Cutting and Laser Marking Machines. The candidate should have robust technical knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot machines at client sites.

Key Responsibilities:

- Installation and commissioning of Laser Cutting & Marking Machines
- Troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and software-related issues
- Preventive and breakdown maintenance at customer sites
- Handling CNC, PLC systems (Siemens/Schneider preferred)
- Machine alignment, calibration, and testing
- Providing training and technical support to customers
- Maintaining service reports and documentation
- Coordinating with internal teams for spare parts and technical support

Skills Required:





- Knowledge of CNC machines and laser systems
- Basic understanding of PLC, HMI, and control systems
- Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Good communication and customer handling skills

Preferred Requirements:

- Experience in laser cutting/marking machine industry
- Willingness to travel extensively for site visits
- Ability to work under pressure and handle urgent breakdowns

Salary & Benefits:

- Salary: As per experience (₹18,000 – ₹35,000/month or higher based on experience)
- Travel Allowance + Conveyance as per company policy
- Overtime / On-site support benefits as applicable
