- Equipment installation, commissioning and machine startup.
- Conduct Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) as per internal protocols.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical and hydraulic issues in machinery.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams in Ahmedabad and Austria to resolve complex technical issues.
- Provide technical support to customers through phone, email and site visits.
- Handle machine troubleshooting, repair and preventive maintenance.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and maintain customer satisfaction.
Required Skills:
- Experience in machinery building industry.
- Robust troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel for installation, commissioning and customer support.
