Location: Hyderabad (Hitech City)

Responsibility

- Assembly, Installation and Commissioning of Process Equipment usedin Pharma and Chemical industries.
- Hands-on experience on Fitment, Maintenance and Repair of critical parts of drive and agitator (like Motor to Gearbox to Shaft to Mechanical Seal).
- Independently visit customers plant to attend the process equipment repair / maintenance work.
- Before travel for plant visit,



do complete technical concepting with company's technical team at the factory to better understand the customers complaint, nature of equipment breakdown, possible root causes, possible solutions and a perfect execution plan.
- Plan and arrange material and manpower required at site for equipment repair and maintenance.
- After site work completion, prepare a site visit report to be signed by the customer.

1. Polite and respectful communication with customers
2. Good presentation and explanation to customers
3. Cool minded and calm working approach

Additional Requirement:

1. A positive traveller all over the country (most of the time in western and norther parts of India)
2. Comfortable to travel approx. 15 days per month or more than that.

Experience

- 2 to 5 years in process equipment maintenance and servicing

Qualification:

- Diploma / B.E. or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
