We are looking for an 2 Years experienced Service Engineer with in-depth knowledge of HT/LT/MV/LV Switchgears, Electrical Control Panels, Protection Systems, and related industrial installations. The candidate will be responsible for supervising field service activities, providing advanced technical support, troubleshooting complex faults, ensuring timely service delivery, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities: Install, test, and commission HT/LT/MV/LV switchboards, PCC/MCC panels, APFC panels, and synchronization systems.

Perform protection relay testing (Primary/Secondary Injection) and verify CT/PT circuits, trip coils, and interlocks.

Diagnose and resolve faults in control wiring, relays, breakers (ACB/VCB/SF6/MCCB), motor starters, and communication protocols (Modbus/Ethernet).

Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of switchgear, capacitor banks, ACB/VCB mechanisms, and control components.

Service, overhaul, and test circuit breakers, including mechanical checks, contact resistance, and relay setting verification. Check and troubleshoot PLC/relay-based control logic, interlocks, permissive circuits, and IO signals.

Prepare service reports, commissioning documents, health check reports, and root cause analysis for equipment failures.

Provide customer support, technical guidance, and training on safe operation and maintenance of panels.





Coordinate with internal teams for design corrections, spare parts, AMC services, and customer requirements. Ensure compliance with electrical safety practices, LOTO, PPE usage, and arc-flash safety norms.

Ensure customer sites comply with recommended safety practices for HT/LT installations.

Technical Skills Robust understanding of HT/LT/MV/LV switchgear systems.

Expertise in electrical protection schemes, relay settings, and fault analysis.

Hands-on experience with breakers (ACB, MCCB, VCB, SF6), contactors, meters, CT/PT, PLC & control logic.

Ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams, SLDs, and wiring schematics.

Diagnostic skills using testing instruments such as Megger, Multimeter, Relay test kits, etc.

Educational Qualification: Diploma/BE/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (preferred). Additional certifications in switchgear, protection systems, or electrical safety will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
