Role Description The Service Engineer - Fresher will work on-site in New Delhi in a full-time capacity, supporting installation, maintenance, and repair of Milagrow’s service and consumer robots. Daily responsibilities include diagnosing technical issues, performing troubleshooting on hardware and software components, and carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance. The role involves providing field service at customer locations, explaining product usage, and offering basic technical support and guidance to end users.

The Service

Engineer will document service activities, escalate complex issues to senior engineers, and collaborate with the team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and product performance.





Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills to diagnose and resolve robot-related issues efficiently.
- Candidates should possess Maintenance & Repair skills to perform preventive and corrective services on robotic hardware and related systems.
- Candidates should possess Field Service experience or aptitude, including readiness to visit customer sites and work hands-on with devices.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to clearly explain technical information and interact professionally with customers and colleagues.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering (electronics, electrical, mechanical, mechatronics, or related field) is preferred.
- Basic understanding of robotics, consumer electronics, or automation systems is an advantage.
- Ability to learn quickly, follow safety and quality procedures, and work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Willingness to work in office in New Delhi and travel locally for field service assignments as required.
- Experinece : Freshers/ 1 yr in Service of Electronics
- Salary: 2.40 lacs to 3 lacs
