Lubi Electronics is looking for a technically skilled and motivated Service Engineer to join our Industrial Automation Service Team. The role will focus on electronics card repair, testing, component-level troubleshooting, and servicing of industrial electronic products.

The ideal candidate should have a solid foundation in electronic components, circuit diagnosis, soldering/desoldering techniques, and hands-on handling of electronic test instruments.

Eligibility & Education Criteria

- Diploma / M.Sc. / ITI in Electronics / Electronics & Communication / Instrumentation & Control or related discipline.
- 0-3 years of relevant experience in electronic testing and repair.
- Freshers with strong practical skills in electronics, circuit debugging, and soldering are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Card Repair & Troubleshooting: Perform fault finding, component-level diagnostics, servicing, and repair of electronic cards and industrial automation equipment.




- Component Testing & Replacement: Identify defective passive/active components (resistors, capacitors, diodes, transistors, ICs, relays, connectors) and execute replacements.
- Instrumentation Handling: Utilize test tools including multimeters, oscilloscopes, LCR meters, and variable DC power supplies for precision circuit analysis.
- Soldering Excellence: Carry out precision soldering and desoldering of through-hole and SMD components.
- Schematics & Quality Checks: Read circuit schematics and wiring drawings to execute repairs and conduct post-repair functional testing to meet quality benchmarks before dispatch.
- Documentation & Support: Maintain detailed service and fault analysis records, collaborate with engineering teams on complex issues, and adhere strictly to ESD and electrical safety practices.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong fundamentals in analog and digital electronic circuits and component behavior.
- Proficiency with oscilloscope measurements, multimeter diagnostics, and schematic tracing.
- Hands-on dexterity in through-hole and SMD soldering/desoldering.
- Sharp analytical mindset, attention to detail, and enthusiasm for industrial automation electronics.
