Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Service Engineer, this position is based in India but requires frequent travel. We expect you to have at least 3 years of experience in the refrigeration equipment field.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve the task objectives assigned by the International Regional Fulfillment & Service Department.
- Perform installation guidance, commissioning, in-warranty and out-of-warranty services, complaint handling, quality issue resolution, difficult technical problem resolution, customer training, and other work for projects and customers within the assigned region.
- Responsible for regional revenue recognition.
- Responsible for quality feedback, technical support, coordination with the Technical Center, on-site safety management, and other related work.
- Responsible for the execution of and feedback on standardization.
- Responsible for promoting and practicing corporate culture.
- Service market development, sales plan execution, negotiation and sales of key projects within the region.





Requirements

1.More than 3 years of skilled work experience in refrigeration-related fields.

2.Knowledge of large-scale refrigeration systems (ammonia, fluorine, CO₂) or chemical process systems and their supporting equipment, knowledge of electrical automation, knowledge of automatic control components and devices, knowledge of business management.

3.Familiar with commissioning and maintenance of large-scale refrigeration systems (ammonia, fluorine, CO₂) or chemical process systems and their supporting equipment.

4.Familiar with maintenance and assembly of screw compressors and piston compressors. 5.Familiar with functions of various equipment spare parts.

6.Good internal and external communication skills,alignment with corporate culture.

7.Proficient in office software and management tools.

8.English as a working language.
