Key Responsibilities

- Handle dealer/sub-dealer service operations and provide technical support.

- Diagnose and resolve EV two-wheeler issues related to battery, motor, controller, charger and electrical systems.

- Conduct technician training and ensure adherence to company service SOPs.

- Support service camps, battery health checks, PDI and field technical activities.

- Monitor service quality, customer complaints and repair TAT.

- Ensure proper documentation of job cards, service reports and spare consumption.

- Coordinate with HO/Plant teams for warranty cases, technical issues and spare requirements.

- Submit regular service reports highlighting performance, key issues and territory challenges.

- Travel extensively across Mumbai and surrounding areas as required.





Candidate Profile

- Qualification: Diploma / BE in Automobile, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

- Experience: 38 years in EV/Automobile after-sales or service.

- Strong knowledge of EV systems and components.

- Hands-on troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.

- Basic knowledge of DMS, Excel, and diagnostic tools.

- Valuable communication, dealer management, and customer-handling skills.

- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.Role & responsibilities
