We are seeking motivated, entry-level Service Engineers to join our technical field team in Chennai. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for installing, servicing, troubleshooting, and calibrating civil engineering testing machinery. This position offers real-world technical exposure, guided mentorship, and clear career growth within the testing and instrumentation sector

Role & responsibilities

- Installation & Servicing: Perform end-to-end installation, testing, and routine maintenance of civil engineering material testing equipment at customer locations.
- Calibration & Testing: Carry out precise calibration procedures according to ISO standards to ensure high instrument accuracy and compliance.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and operational faults in testing devices and provide prompt on-site resolution.




- Customer Support: Coordinate with client technical teams to guide equipment operation, handle service queries, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Documentation: Prepare service logs, calibration reports, and site visit documentation accurately .
