Role & responsibilities

- Installation and commissioning of machines at customer sites.

- Preventive & breakdown maintenance and machine servicing.

- Troubleshooting of electrical, PLC, instrumentation, pneumatic and mechanical issues.

- Diagnose issues related to electrical panels, sensors, drives and automation systems.

- Provide on-site, telephone and remote technical support.

- Read and interpret electrical drawings and technical documents.

- Prepare service reports and maintenance records.

- Train customers/operators on machine operation and maintenance.

- Coordinate with Sales, Production, Design and QC teams for technical issues.

- Travel to customer locations in India and worldwide as required.

Preferred candidate profile

- 2 to 5 years of experience in machine servicing, installation, commissioning or maintenance.

- Experience in industrial automation, packaging or bagging machines preferred.

- Strong knowledge of PLC, electrical panels, sensors, drives, instrumentation and pneumatics.

- Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.

- Valuable communication and customer-handling abilities.

- Willingness to travel
