Qualifications

- Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills to diagnose, analyze, and resolve equipment issues effectively.

- Field service experience, including in office installation, commissioning, and customer-facing support for diagnostic or medical equipment.

- Maintenance and repair skills for electro-mechanical or biomedical instruments, with the ability to perform preventive and corrective actions.

- Clear and professional communication skills for interacting with customers, colleagues, and cross-functional teams.

- bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, Instrumentation, or a related technical field.

- Knowledge of laboratory workflows, diagnostic equipment, and safety practices is an advantage.

- Ability to travel within the region as required, manage time efficiently, and work independently with minimal supervision.

- Familiarity with basic computer applications and documentation standards for service reporting.
