We are looking for a Service Coordinator – Team Lead to manage service coordination activities, allocate calls to service team members, monitor daily operations, and ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and service requests.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the service coordination team.

Allocate service calls and complaints to the appropriate service technicians/team members.

Monitor the status of service calls and ensure timely closure.

Handle and coordinate resolution of customer complaints and escalations.

Coordinate between customers, service technicians, and internal teams.

Track pending, open, and completed service requests.

Follow up with technicians to ensure timely service completion.

Monitor team performance, productivity, and daily workload.

Maintain service records, reports, and daily MIS.

Ensure proper communication and follow-up with customers regarding service status.

Identify delays or issues in service operations and coordinate for quick resolution.

Guide and support team members in handling service-related issues.

Conduct regular team reviews and ensure adherence to service processes and company standards.





Required Skills

Experience in Service Coordination / Service Operations / Field Service Coordination.

Good knowledge of service call allocation and scheduling.

Robust complaint and escalation handling skills.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Ability to lead and manage a team.

Valuable follow-up and problem-solving skills.

Ability to prioritize multiple service requests.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and service reporting.

Ability to work in a fast-paced service environment.
