Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized Service Coordinator to coordinate service activities, customer complaints, technician visits, spare parts requirements, and service-related documentation. The candidate will act as a link between customers, service engineers, and the internal team to ensure timely resolution of service issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily service calls and technician schedules.
- Receive and register customer service complaints and follow up for timely resolution.
- Coordinate with service engineers/technicians for site visits and repairs.
- Maintain service records, job cards, service reports, and customer details.
- Follow up on pending service complaints and ensure closure.
- Coordinate spare parts requirements with the service and stores teams.
- Prepare service quotations, estimates, and related documents when required.
- Maintain warranty and AMC-related service records.
- Coordinate with customers regarding service schedules and updates.
- Prepare daily/weekly service reports for management.
- Track technician attendance,



field visits, and service status.
- Support the Service Manager in day-to-day service operations.
- Ensure proper communication between customers, technicians, sales, and management.

Required Skills
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email.
- Strong follow-up and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple service requests simultaneously.
- Customer-oriented approach.
- Good problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of construction equipment/heavy machinery will be an added advantage.

Qualification Graduate / Diploma in any relevant field.

Candidates with experience in construction equipment, automobile, heavy machinery, or after-sales service will be preferred.

Salary

₹15000 – ₹18,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
