Position: SC (Service Consultant) – Pest Control

Location: Pune, India

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree / Diploma / Junior College Graduate

Languages: English & Tamil – Mandatory

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Annual CTC: Competitive and negotiable based on qualifications and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead daily service operations and ensure service quality.
- Monitor service schedules and workforce allocation.
- Supervise service staff performance and productivity.
- Conduct coaching, training and operational guidance.
- Build and maintain customer relationships.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues.
- Prepare operational reports and monitor KPIs.
- Maintain service records and documentation.
- Coordinate with Korean management and local operation teams.
- Support recruitment, onboarding and team development.




- Ensure smooth coordination between service and supporting functions.

Key Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in service operations, field operations, pest control, facility management, customer service operations or related functions.
- Leadership or supervisory experience is preferred.
- Strong communication, customer management and team management skills.
- Proficiency in English and Tamil.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Solid reporting, operational management and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
