We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Service Centre Engineer to handle diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of consumer electronics and appliances. The role involves working at the service centre to ensure products meet quality standards and deliver optimal performance.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues in products such as robot vacuum cleaners.
- Perform software updates, configuration, and calibration of devices.
- Ensure all serviced products meet performance and safety standards.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for repair and service activities.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities and repairs.
- Stay updated with new product developments, including AI-based technologies.
Required Candidate profile
- A bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electronics/Mechatronics/Robotics Engineering.
- Excellent verbal, listening and customer service skills.
- Ability to identify problem and solve it proactively.
- The ability to understand product and understand parts involved and how it works.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Diploma in Mechanical, B.Tech/B.E. in Electronics/Telecommunication, Electrical and Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical, Electrical.
- Basic understanding of electronics and troubleshooting techniques.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
