Position Summary

As a Services Associate, Firm Risk, Compliance, and Governance Services on the Risk team, you will be responsible for:

- Review requests for proposal, agreements, statements of work, non-disclosure agreements, and contractual documents to identify risk provisions and recommend mitigations in accordance with Deloitte contractual guardrails.
- Support contract negotiations by preparing contract-deviation summaries and key-risk-term summaries, redlining agreements, and completing assigned negotiation-support activities.
- Collaborate with Canadian Risk Managers on risk-management activities for client engagements.
- Perform risk-identification and mitigation activities for advisory, consulting, and managed-services engagements.
- Maintain accurate risk-review documentation and complete assigned contract-risk activities within required timelines.

The team The Risk team’s mission is to protect the earnings, assets, and reputation of the firm, facilitate consistency of delivery, and reduce the cost of quality. The primary responsibility of the Risk Team is to provide effective and timely risk and quality-related counsel and guidance to the Deloitte teams that support client engagements.

The Risk

Team accomplishes its mission by helping identify, mitigate, and manage risk (delivery, regulatory, legal, and reputation).

The successful candidate will provide risk management support to the Risk Managers in Deloitte Canada’s Technology and Transformation (T&T;), OperateNext business lines performing risk identification and mitigation activities for advisory, consulting and managed services engagements.

Location: Hyderabad

Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM

Qualifications

Required





- LLB or MBA degree and 2–3 years of post-qualification experience in contract review or risk management.
- Experience reviewing requests for proposal, agreements, statements of work, and non-disclosure agreements.
- Experience identifying contractual risk and proposing mitigation actions within contractual guardrails.
- Experience drafting, redlining, and negotiating agreements and preparing risk summaries and contract-deviation documents.
- Experience applying risk and commercial terms in IT services, consulting, or managed-services engagements.
- Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint to support contract-review or risk-management activities.
- Written and spoken English proficiency.

Preferred
- World Commerce & Contracting (WorldCC) certification.
- Experience using contract-management tools.
- Written and spoken French proficiency.
