Position: Service Advisor

Location: Classic Hyundai Wayanad

Job Responsibilities:

- Receive customers and understand their vehicle service and repair requirements.

- Prepare job cards and explain the required service/repair work to customers.

- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of jobs.

- Provide customers with regular updates regarding vehicle status and repair work.

- Prepare service estimates and obtain customer approval before additional work.

- Conduct vehicle inspections and explain the work carried out to customers.

- Ensure customer satisfaction and handle service-related complaints professionally.

- Coordinate vehicle delivery and explain completed work and billing to customers.

- Follow Hyundai service standards and company procedures.





- Maintain proper records and achieve assigned service targets.

Requirements:

- Diploma / ITI / Degree in Automobile or Mechanical field preferred.

- 1–3 years of experience as a Service Advisor in an automobile dealership preferred.

- Good knowledge of automobile service and repair processes.

- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.

- Basic computer knowledge.

- Ability to coordinate with customers and workshop technicians.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Wayanad, Kerala
