- Install, configure, and maintain Dell PowerEdge, HPE ProLiant, and Lenovo ThinkSystem servers for clients in IT services, BFSI, and manufacturing
- Run the full server lifecycle OS provisioning (Windows Server / Linux), RAID setup, BIOS firmware updates, iDRAC / iLO configuration
- Diagnose hardware failures (PSU, RAM, HDD, RAID controller, mainboard) and coordinate parts to minimize client downtime
- Travel to client datacenters across India for racking, cabling, OS reinstalls, virtualization setup, and disaster recovery
- Build SOPs and mentor junior engineers
