Roles & Responsibilities:

- Provide L2 support for Windows/Linux servers and network infrastructure.
- CCNA Certification is must.
- Hands-on experience in server installation, configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, routing, and switching issues.
- Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Perform server patching, backup, maintenance, and health checks.
- Handle escalated incidents and ensure timely resolution as per SLA.
