Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome customers visiting the service centre and understand their vehicle/service requirements.

- Prepare job cards based on customer complaints and vehicle condition.

- Explain required services, repairs, estimated costs, and timelines to customers.

- Coordinate with technicians and workshop staff for diagnosis and repair.

- Monitor the progress of vehicles under service and provide updates to customers.

- Obtain customer approval for additional repairs or parts when required.

- Coordinate vehicle inspection, repair, washing, PDI and delivery.

- Ensure vehicles are delivered within the committed timeline.

- Explain completed work and replaced parts to customers during vehicle delivery.





- Handle customer complaints and coordinate their resolution.

- Follow up with customers after service to understand their satisfaction.

- Work toward improving customer satisfaction, service retention and repeat visits.

- Maintain service records, job cards, customer details and billing information.

- Coordinate with spare-parts, warranty, insurance and billing teams where required.

- Achieve dealership/service-centre customer experience and service-related KPIs.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
