About The Role We are seeking a dependable and technically capable Website & SEO Technical Assistant to join our team. This is an entry-level, full-time position designed for individuals eager to develop their skills in website operations, content management, SEO monitoring, and technical testing.

The ideal candidate will not necessarily be an SEO expert but should possess strong computer literacy, a keen eye for detail, and a desire to learn about website optimization and management. This role offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or candidates with foundational IT or computer application training to gain practical experience in a professional setting. You will work closely with our technical team to support website maintenance, plugin testing, and SEO performance tracking, contributing directly to the success of our digital projects.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will have a background or training in computer applications or IT, such as COPA (Computer Operator and Programming Assistant), BCA, B.Sc. in Computer Science or Information Technology, diploma courses in IT or computer science, or similar certifications.



While prior experience in SEO or website management is not required, familiarity with WordPress, basic HTML/CSS, and website hosting platforms is beneficial.

Candidates must demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, the ability to follow instructions accurately, and excellent communication skills in English. Reliable internet access and a suitable computer for daily work are essential. Responsibilities Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks related to website management, SEO monitoring, content updates, and technical testing. Key duties include:

- Monitoring website keyword rankings and search visibility through tools like Google Search Console and ranking software.
- Tracking changes in Google search rankings, indexing status, impressions, and clicks to assess website performance.
- Reviewing Google Search Console data to identify issues and opportunities for optimization.
- Preparing regular SEO performance reports, maintaining spreadsheets, and tracking progress.
- Assisting in content management by adding, updating, and formatting website articles and pages in WordPress.
- Optimizing images and updating meta titles and descriptions to improve SEO effectiveness.
- Creating and configuring WordPress websites, including setting up pages, menus, widgets, and plugins.
- Installing, updating,



and troubleshooting WordPress plugins and themes to ensure website stability and security.
- Performing basic website maintenance and troubleshooting common issues.
- Testing new WordPress plugins and website functionalities, documenting bugs, and reporting issues to the development team.
- Following testing instructions carefully, taking screenshots, and ensuring features work as intended before deployment.
