About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SEO Team Leader with strong Travel & Tourism industry knowledge to lead our SEO team and drive organic traffic, rankings, and travel leads.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the SEO team and assign daily tasks.
- Develop SEO strategies for tour packages, holiday packages, destinations, hotels, honeymoon packages, and travel services.
- Conduct keyword research for domestic and international travel destinations.
- Optimize destination pages, package pages, blogs, itineraries, and landing pages.
- Manage on-page, off-page, technical SEO, and link-building activities.
- Analyze competitors and identify new travel keyword and destination opportunities.
- Monitor rankings, organic traffic, inquiries, and conversions.
- Develop strategies around seasonal travel trends and peak travel periods.




- Work closely with the content team to create SEO-friendly travel content.
- Prepare SEO reports and ensure team targets are achieved.

Required Skills
- 4-7 years of SEO experience, preferably in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or E-commerce.
- Strong knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page & Technical SEO.
- Experience with Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs/SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
- Solid understanding of destination and travel-package SEO.
- Good leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred: Candidates with proven experience handling travel websites, destination SEO, tour-package SEO, and travel lead generation. Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
