Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and creative SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist to manage the company's SEO, social media platforms, website, and blog activities. The candidate will be responsible for improving online visibility, increasing website traffic, managing digital content, maintaining the company website, and developing an effective online presence across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
- Conduct keyword research and identify relevant search opportunities.
- Perform on-page, off-page, and technical SEO activities.
- Optimize page titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, internal links, and website content.
- Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, website performance, and conversions.
- Conduct regular SEO audits and implement corrective actions.
- Manage Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
- Perform competitor analysis and prepare SEO performance reports.
- Develop and manage backlink-building strategies.
- Support local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization.

Social Media Management

- Manage company social media accounts such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan and schedule regular social media posts.
- Create engaging captions, posts, and promotional content.
- Coordinate or create basic graphics and visual content.
- Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement.
- Increase followers, reach, engagement, and brand visibility.
- Develop social media content calendars.
- Track social media performance and prepare monthly reports.
- Support paid social media campaigns when required.

Website Management & Development

- Manage and regularly update the company website.
- Create and update webpages, service pages,



project pages, and company information.
- Maintain website design, layout, links, images, and content.
- Perform basic website development and modifications.
- Ensure the website is mobile-friendly, responsive, and user-friendly.
- Monitor website speed, performance, security, and functionality.
- Identify and fix broken links and basic website errors.
- Coordinate with developers or hosting providers for major technical issues.
- Manage WordPress or other CMS platforms.
- Implement basic HTML/CSS changes when required.

Blog Management

- Manage and maintain the company blog.
- Research industry-related topics and keywords.
- Prepare, edit, publish, and optimize blog articles.
- Develop a monthly blog and content calendar.
- Optimize blog posts according to SEO best practices.
- Add images, internal links, external links, and relevant keywords.
- Update older blog content to improve search performance.
- Monitor blog traffic, rankings, and engagement.

Qualification & Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Computer Applications, IT, Business, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in SEO, Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, and Website Management.
- Understanding of website development and hosting will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of social media platforms and content management.
- Solid written communication and content-writing skills.
- Basic graphic design skills using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools will be an advantage.
- Good analytical, creative, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple digital marketing activities independently.

Preferred Experience

- SEO and website management experience.
- Social media account management.
- Blog writing and content publishing.
- Google Ads and Meta Ads knowledge will be an advantage.
- Experience managing a company's complete digital presence is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
