SEO Specialist – BITS Secure IT Infrastructure LLC (UAE)

BITS Secure IT Infrastructure LLC is a UAE-based ICT solutions provider delivering enterprise networking, cybersecurity, data center, cloud, and unified communications solutions across the UAE and Oman. We're looking for an experienced SEO Specialist to own and grow our organic search presence. This is a full-time, permanent, fully remote role based in India, reporting to the Marketing Manager / Head of Marketing.

What you'll do

- Plan and execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies for our IT services portfolio
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis across IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, and UC services
- Optimize website pages, blogs, metadata, internal linking, and site structure
- Resolve technical issues: crawlability, indexing, sitemaps, schema, Core Web Vitals, and page speed
- Track and report performance via Google Search Console and GA4
- Build ethical, white-hat link-building and digital PR strategies
- Support local SEO, including Google Business Profile optimization for Gulf markets

What we're looking for

- 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience with measurable results
- Proven expertise in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
- Proficiency with Google Search Console, GA4, and tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Screaming Frog
- Working knowledge of WordPress (or similar CMS) with basic HTML/CSS
- Strong analytical and reporting skills; excellent written and spoken English




- Reliable remote-work setup and the discipline to work independently

Nice to have: B2B/IT industry experience, international SEO exposure (UAE/Oman/Gulf markets), CRO understanding, and Google certifications.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
