About the Role

We are looking for a SEO & Social Media Specialist with 2–3 years of hands-on experience who can independently manage both SEO and Social Media Marketing activities.

The ideal candidate should be able to improve our online visibility, increase organic website traffic, manage social media platforms, and develop strategies that drive engagement and growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement effective on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Optimize website content, meta titles, descriptions, headings, URLs, and internal links.
- Perform regular SEO audits and identify areas for improvement.
- Build and manage high-quality backlinks using ethical SEO practices.
- Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, and website performance.
- Work with the content team to create SEO-friendly content.
- Monitor and analyze performance through Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
- Identify basic technical SEO issues and coordinate their resolution.
- Prepare regular SEO performance reports.

Social Media

- Plan and execute social media strategies for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Create and maintain monthly social media content calendars.
- Coordinate with designers and content creators for posts, reels, creatives, and campaigns.
- Write engaging captions and social media copy.
- Schedule and publish content consistently.
- Monitor reach, engagement, followers,



and overall social media performance.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and platform updates.
- Analyze competitors and identify opportunities for growth.
- Manage audience engagement through comments and messages when required.

Requirements

- 2–3 years of relevant experience in both SEO and Social Media Marketing.
- Strong practical understanding of SEO and social media marketing.
- Experience with tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar SEO tools.
- Good knowledge of on-page, off-page, and basic technical SEO.
- Experience managing business social media accounts.
- Good content writing and communication skills.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
- Up-to-date knowledge of SEO and social media trends.

The candidate should be hands-on, proactive, and execution-oriented, with the ability to plan, execute, monitor, analyze, and report on digital marketing activities independently.
