Job Summary

Search is undergoing its biggest transformation in a decade. Traditional rank-and-click tactics are evolving into an era driven by generative summaries, real-time citation, and answer engines.

At VeeFly, we are looking for a high-impact, analytical SEO Lead to steer our global organic growth engine. In this role, you will diagnose and resolve complex technical bottlenecks, construct a high-performing organic roadmap, and establish VeeFly as a dominant entity across traditional search (Google) and next-generation AI discovery engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews). If you love converting traffic drops into revenue spikes and mastering technical architecture, this role is built for you.

Key Responsibilities

- Technical Diagnostics & Recovery: Lead comprehensive technical, architectural, and indexation audits (Crawlability, Core Web Vitals, Rendering, Schema, Entity Resolution).



Identify root causes of stalled traffic/conversion funnels and execute immediate, prioritized recovery roadmaps.
- Generative Engine Optimization (GEO & AEO): Establish and scale VeeFly’s citation footprint across AI discovery surfaces including Perplexity, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews ensuring our brand and tools are cited as primary authoritative sources.
- Authority & Digital PR Engine: Architect high-DA backlink strategies, authoritative outreach frameworks, and digital PR campaigns to continuously elevate VeeFly’s Domain Rating (DR) and entity strength globally.
- Brand Protection & ORM: Actively manage and protect VeeFly’s Online Reputation Management (ORM) across branded search results, third-party review hubs, and LLM-synthesized summaries.
- Full-Funnel Data Attribution: Maintain clean analytics infrastructure (GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs/Semrush, BigQuery/SQL) to track organic user journeys from raw impression to signup, activation, and ARR.
- Continuous Testing & R&D;: Run structured experiments across technical schemas, structured data extraction, content clustering, and internal linking to outpace algorithmic shifts.

Who You Are

- Experience:



4–6 years of hands-on experience leading technical SEO and organic growth strategies, ideally in a fast-scaling SaaS, Ad-Tech, or Creator Economy platform.
- Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of modern search mechanics, rendering pipelines, JavaScript execution, schema markup, and structured data extraction for LLM retrieval systems (RAG).
- Data-First Mindset: Highly fluent in GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs, and Semrush. You analyze underlying data trends to tell compelling strategic stories rather than compiling surface-level reports.
- Proven Builder: Track record of driving off-page digital PR, white-hat authority building, and structural site fixes that directly yield measurable revenue growth.
- Extreme Ownership: High initiative, zero bureaucracy, and a relentlessness toward turning complex problems into scalable execution plans.
