We are a growing SaaS technology company looking for a hands-on SEO & Growth Marketing Specialist to help increase our organic visibility, website traffic, leads, user acquisition, and overall digital growth.

This is not a traditional SEO reporting role. We are looking for someone who can research, execute, test, analyze, and continuously improve our growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute an end-to-end SEO and organic growth strategy
- Perform keyword research for short-tail, long-tail, high-intent, and location-based keywords
- Optimize website pages, meta titles/descriptions, headings, internal linking, content structure, and technical SEO
- Identify and fix technical SEO issues including indexing, sitemap, canonical tags, page speed, Core Web Vitals, and duplicate content
- Create and manage SEO-focused blogs, landing pages, FAQs, and other website content
- Build high-quality backlinks and digital authority through outreach, directories, guest posts, partnerships, and other ethical link-building strategies
- Conduct competitor and backlink analysis and identify new ranking opportunities
- Develop local and geo-targeted SEO strategies
- Implement AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategies
- Optimize content for AI search, Google AI results, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and other AI-driven search platforms
- Keep up with changes in search algorithms, AI search, SEO trends, and emerging growth strategies
- Work on website updates, landing pages, CRO, and improving user conversion
- Track and analyze Google Search Console, Google Analytics, keyword rankings, traffic, leads,



and conversions
- Identify growth opportunities across SEO, content, website, app discovery, and digital marketing
- Collaborate with the development, sales, and content teams to execute growth initiatives
- Prepare regular reports showing what was done, what improved, what did not work, and what should be done next

What We Are Looking For

- 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience
- Strong understanding of Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO and Content SEO
- Practical experience with AEO, GEO and AI Search Optimization
- Strong keyword research and search-intent analysis skills
- Experience with backlink building and outreach
- Robust content writing/editing skills, especially SEO blogs and landing pages
- Experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush/Ahrefs or similar tools
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and website CMS platforms is an advantage
- Understanding of SaaS, B2B, marketplace or technology businesses is an advantage
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to make decisions
- Strong execution skills we need someone who can do the work, not just recommend it
